Looks very nice! I don't play Space Marines, but to me you look a little short on mobility so that might be a problem, and you look a little vulnerable to swarming, though that is seldom seen.  A flamer in each Tac sqd could be a nice upgrade.  You might want to kit the Terminators for a specific job, right now they look like they equipped for whatever comes, instead of a particular job.

here is a couple things I would do.
1- drop the jetfighter for anything but pure fun games, it never works as intended.
2- use spare points for either 1. another bike squad, or 2 attack bikes.
3- drop the speeder for an attack bike w/ MM.
I personally prefer meltas on my ravenwing, less chance of blowing yourself up, insta-death most things, AND its cheaper... points saved= combi-melta on the sgts.
I would also drop the tac squads, replace with a Lascannon dev squad, and a missile dev squad, imo.
(or, take 2 whirlwinds in place of missile devs, they always work well for me) or plasma cannons.. PCs are always fun.
where are you putting azreal? Automatically Appended Next Post: also- terminators would do better with CML, as you can shoot your storm bolter AND your CML IIRC, OR you can give the CML a TH/SS as well.

what about if i dropped the 2 tactical squads and the land speeder, for a company veterans squad with 2 plasma guns and 3 gun slinging plasma pistol and bolt pistol veterans, and a 5 man devastator squad with 4 plasma cannons, that way I have even more plasma, the plasma cannons would be able to deal with swarming being blast and my vets would be better in close combat, and the reason i thought of taking the nephilim because it looks awesome, and unrelenting hunter got buffed in 7th edition, and its only 15 points over priced if you consider each blacksword missile worth 5 points each, and unrelenting hunter worth 15 points, it also covers my anti-air, i was planning to sit the tactical squad with the plasma cannon back while Azreal moves up with the other tactical squad

I would just take a command squad at that point and give them all plasma guns. (Or melts guns, I love both)

Your list has a serious lack of anti tank weapons. I know in the fluff that DA are supposed to use a lot of plasma, but it doesn't equate to a balanced list on the table top.
(DA are no better at using plasma than any other SM chapter btw, perhaps with the exception of black knights).
Many of my daemon lists at even as low as 1000 points include 3 soul grinders. There is no way your list would be able to deal with that. I would recommend melta on the bikes to fill this role.
I'd never give my terminator a special weapon besides AC or CML, unless they are an assault squad dropping in with Belial for some accurate heavy flaming. Plasma cannon has nothing on these two.
Shooting terminators are pretty bad. Tbh in a mixed list I would never use them, and would always opt for TH/SS.
The nephilim is garbage, it is a wasted exercise trying to justify it. If you like the model, then I'd recommend trying to use it as a fire raptor from FW. The have a similar armament (neph doesn't have HBs) however, the raptor is an unholy murder machine. Highly recommended.
Don't take landspeeder as a fast attack slot. Put it in a troops choice. That way it has objective secured.

Well Soul grinders are only 13/13/11 with a 5++, so i would still be able to kill them with plasma and the powerfists and chainfists on my terminators and the lascannon on the nephilim. My updated list:

drop the vets, take a command squad (same thing, just better)
give them all plasma guns, (don't worry about CC, they are there to shoot then take wounds for azzy)
I still say swap the plasma for melta. (you scout 12, move 12, shoot 12.. (or 6 preferably,) but you get a free combi-melta on your Sgts by just saving he 5 points per weapon AND you don't risk killing a 40+ points model on a gets hot roll.
Otherwise go for it, still don't like the nephilim, just feel a lascannon dev squad would pay better dividends

Only AV13 with an invulnerable save and 4HP.....that means 36 plasma shots on average to take down. That's the whole of your army shooting for 2+ turns to bring down 1 vehicle.
I wouldn't dream of playing an imperial force without melta guns/bombs in there somewhere. What will you do vs an imperial knight? That's like a grinder turned up to 11, and also far more common. Chainfists are good, but I doubt your termies will see combat if the opponent doesn't want them to.
A question, where is azrael going to go? I really don't see much synergy with any squad here.

what you could do was drop the nephilim and take another dread. Use the mortis dread from FW (simple +5 points)
give them TL Autocannons and thats 250 points for AV13/11/10? 4 TL str 7 shots with skyfire OR not depending on needs. (this actually leaves you a few points left over)
ofc this is purely from a competitive stand point. If you like the model of the nephilim by all means please use it. (though that dread either needs long range firepower or a pod)
and likewise- the vets should get a pod as well.
