So, I had this idea for mono Khorne Armies because Khorne is the best chaos god:

Special Detachment: Can only contain models with 'Mark of,' or 'Daemon of' Khorne, but can take units from the Chaos Daemons Codex and the Chaos Space Marine Codex; re-roll warlord trait, and get the following special rules:
Favor of the Blood God: Models with Chain axes or Power Axes get +1A and Rampage.
Uncompromising Battle Lust: Characters in the detachment get Hatred (Slaanesh). They also get Shred in Challenges.

It feels really flat, but these are just ideas. Criticism is welcome.

I went to Hershey Park in central PA this year, and I have to say I was more than a little disappointed. I fully expected the entire theme park to be make entirely of chocolate, but no. Here in America, we have "building codes," and some other nonsense about chocolate melting if don't store it someplace kept below room temperature.

Thats a major buff to power axes and chain axes, are you considering making it cost something or just a free buff?

Yeah, I think the chain axe/power axe rule will have to either be reigned in or see a points increase.

Here's an idea I had for Khorne players a while ago, updated for 7th ed. It's designed to help out against psyker heavy armies Character's with Mark of Khorne can take:

Sigil of Witchslaughter (+5 pts): Grants the bearer Adamantium Will any time he or his unit is targeted with a psychic attack. Furthermore, for every successful Deny the Witch roll made by the character or his unit, the psyker who targeted the unit must make a Perils of the Warp roll.

Bronze Effigy (+15pts): As long as the bearer is alive, the Khorne player gains an extra D6 dice during each of his opponents psychic phases for Deny the Witch.

I figure these two wargear items would go a long way in helping monogod Khorne players have more of a chance against psyker heavy armies. Since Khorne hates psykers so, I figured he should have a way to fight them. Whaddaya think?

40k is 111% science.

A few ideas:

Rules:

Children of the Blood God (general rule): Any and all squads with members able to take a plasma pistol or gun can purchase a power sword, axe or maul instead for the appropriate cost. In addition, all characters gain the Feel No Pain rule when fighting in a challenge. No sorcerers or models wih Mastery Levels can be included in the force.

World Eater Veterans (2 ppm on berserkers, 3ppm on terminators): Grants +1A to the model and the Fleet USR.

Wargear:

Standard of the Flayed Sorcerer (20 pts, HQ only): Any enemy psychic power cast within 24 inches of the model bearing this banner loses one die from the allocated warp charge dice. However, all friendly units within 24 inches of the banner can not be affected by Blessings.

Khornate Rhino (40 pts): These rhinos have been extensively jury-rigged and converted into makeshift assault vehicles. They lose the Repair rule, but once per game, they can be declared as having the Assault Vehicle USR. after they are used in this manner, roll a die. On a 2+, the vehicle loses a hull point.

In Boxing matches, you actually get paid to take a dive and make the other guy look good.

In Warhammer 40K, you're expected to pay cash out of your pocket for the privilege of having Marines and IG trample all over your Xenos/Chaos.

I love the idea of making this a detachment.

Of the rules that apply, limiting it to models with the Mark of or Daemon of is appropriate, though you will need to mention the exception for Vehicles.

I like Sephyr's Children of the Blood God rule.

The various anti-Psyker wargear items don't seem like bad ideas, but I feel like they would be for a specfic Codex more than a Detachment.

That was the idea, though. Perhaps a khorne suppliment
