Quick question and it might seem very idiotic to some so if so I apologise about that

Witht he land speeder storm, when the scouts disembark, can the storm still move and shoot as normal?
I assume it can because there would be 5 scouts aboard as well as a pilot

read the rules for disembarkation in the BRB to find out whether a vehicle can move after its passengers disembark or not.

and no, the Storm doesnt get "emptied" if everyone disembarks.

it can move and act normal as described in the transport vehicle section.
