I just want some one to do this to see what it would do lol, this list is battle forged. What you see is what you get, storm up with your 3 Land Raiders, kitted out for tank popping, then dump out your 28-man deathstar in the opponents ranks; that's 142 ap 2 attacks on the charge thanks to the chapter banners 12" bubble. Both HQ have eternal warrior, one real, the other psuedo lol, both have their 4+ invul of course. Everything is a 2+ save accept Cassius. Pure insanity? Of course!
HQ - Marneus Calgar
HQ - Chaplain Cassius

Plenty of armies don't really care about mass AP2 attacks. For example, a Chaos Spawn Rush list with Maulerfiends will give you a brutal asskicking since your Honor Guard will be attacking at I1 against an opponent that either doesn't have an armor save, or doesn't care about S5 attacks.
Serpent Spam would have trouble with the Land Raiders but doesn't really care about a bunch of axes as they can just outmaneuver you.
Basically you're hoping to run into an opponent that A) cares about AP2 attacks, and B) is going to fight you on your terms.

Any army with Flyers would simply have to disable the LR and then fire from the safety of the air.
IMO it also looks very light on OS Troops, so any opponent that plays to the mission is more than likely going to wipe off your troops and then start amassing points from objectives and make it impossible for this list to win :/ So maybe a some Tactical Marines in Drop Pods to support the oncoming assault, or get rid of key threats so that you can get your choppy units in safer

If you want to play an assault army, there are so many better choices.
You know this is a weird, quirky idea. You're shoe-horning space marines into a role at which they do not excel.
This is for a fun Sunday game, certainly not competitive play.

Yes I agree with everyone, it is meant to be wacky and fun. On a side note, I do sometimes feel SM have an identity crisis. Necrons just do the midrange, control the middle, all around force way better. Chapter tactics have gone a long way to creating themed forces which attack at specific angles, but it still feels a bit anemic. I've thrown up countless lists on this site, salamanders, WS, imperial fists, all cool, but I would never take any of them over my eldar or necrons to a tournament. I think they need to give them the tools to be a true shooty gunline like tau or eldar, or make them able to field a truly devastating cc force in appropriate numbers. Currently if you try to do a true shooty or true cc army with SM, you quickly end up running out of points and running 20-30 models if you're lucky. Is there anything worth running out of CSM other than salamander sternguard drop pod spam, WS bikes, or maybe imperial fist devastator spam?

Utter bollocks, Marines have the best shooting units in the game bar none: Centurions, Thunderfire Cannon and Orbital Bombardment.
With SM/SW you can create a truly terrifying CC deathstar with TWC and Chapter Masters, while podding in Centurions.
Eldar gunline mostly hinges on their one op unit, Wave Serpents, and where I play (ETC ruling) you can't take cover or invuln saves against grav weapons, which makes them the best shooting unit in the game bar none.

Where to begin....
I'm sorry, but I can't find anything you said worth agreeing with, accept that Thunderfire Cannons are indeed great. Marines most certainly do not have better shooting than Eldar, and definitely not Tau. Yes, TFC is great, but Orbital Bombardment? A one use per game skill that maybe you get two of if you take a very top heavy list, that scatters the full amount without any chance of re roll? It's a fluke skill at best. And centurions...I assume you mean devastator centurions, and if that, you can't mean heavy bolter / hurricane bolter load out, which is a joke; so I'm going to assume you mean grav+ ML, in which case you're looking at 90 pts a model, which is probably one of the most aggressively over costed models in the game. Not to mention the official rule-book, or space marine codex, says nothing of grav ignoring cover (which would make it insane), so those European rules, which are very generous and equally fairy tale, can't be taken seriously.

Your list if very all-in. You are basically putting all your money betting on “rock” and hoping not to run across any paper.
In any objective based game, you are going to have problems. 2 minimum scout squads are not going to be holding any objectives.
I’d mix up your power weapons a bit. Not everything requires the axe. You have the ability to mix and match, use it.
3 HG squads are probably overkill. It might be worth going down to two and get a little breadth to your list.
If you do want to keep the insanity going, it might be worth dropping some honour guard to add some techmarines to your squads. Still have the 2+ save, but can help fix the tanks before you pile out, and the servo arms will give you something else to hit with.

TFC are okay, but you rarely need more than one. Grav Centurions are the best shooting unit in the game currently, able handle anything the Eldar or Tau field. You don't take MLs with them either, just Grav+Hurricane. Their only limitation was mobility but now SW pods have solved that problem. The no save is versus vehicles, although rolling up perfect timing with Tigurius isn't that hard. Considering the US team doesn't manage to come better than 5th at any time in the past 5 ETCs, I think we're better at 40k than you.
Orbital bombardment is truly terrifying due to 1 rule: Barrage. You can easily snipe out things like buffcommanders or Farseers with the insta-death, Str 10, and due to the high BS of the Chapter Master you have something like a 67% chance of hitting.
You can learn from my advice or whine about SM shooting more, it's up to you.

You might want to re-read that Orbital Bombardment rule. It ALWAYS scatters the full 2d6. Always trumps the servo skull -1d6 too, fwiw.
If you don't need the command squad, it's always fun to take the orbital strike, even if I did hit my own podding Ironclad danger close the other day. I use it to teach "max cohesion" deployment if nothing else.
