I've been slowing building my ork army and this is my primary models that I have at the moment. Feel free to comment or criticize, adding, subtracting, or replacing any models you see fit.
HQs:
Big Mek: Killsaw, KFF - 115 points
Painboy: BP - 55 points
Warboss: BP, Da Lucky Stikk, MA, PK: 130 points
Elites:
Meganobz: Boss & 2xtroops with Twin-linked Shootas/PK: 120 points
Nobz: Boss & 3xtroops all with powerklaws + trukk with Big Shoota: 202 points
Troops:
3x Boss Nob all with PK, BP & Boyz x 10 + trukk with Rokkit Launcha: 408 points (136 points x 3)
Heavy Support:
Deff Dread: 2x Powerklaws & 2x Rokkit Launcha: 80 points
Lootaz & 1x Mek with Kustom Mega-Blasta: 89 points
Total: 1199 Points

Save yourself the heartache and don't use the Ork Horde detachment.

Onto the list:
Your meganobz seriously need a transport. On foot they are dead weight at best and a liability at worst ( KP games). I'm assuming the Warboss goes with them. You should buy them a truck or wagon, because they cannot deep strike, nor can they even run. Unless you're banking on getting the infiltrate warlord trait to outflank them (which is risky to build a strat around, even with the thinking cap), they will go nowhere. In five turns, assuming they are on open ground the whole time, they can move a whopping 30". They will finish crossing No Mans land on Turn FIVE if you deploy them right on the line, in the open. So yeah. Get them a transport, and keep it safe until you can zoom it 24" into his lines and disembark next turn. Also, put the KFF or Painboy in their truck for added survivability. Unless you have the models and points to squeeze in a 4th troops slot, you'll have to drop the Painboy or Bigmek, but its worth it for ObSec (all praise unto ObSec). Speaking of troops, try to find the few points you need to bump those Truckboyz to 12 strong (including the Nob). Every wound counts.
Onto Heavy, Deff Dreads are not particularly tough, but I don't know about your meta so I can't judge em. All I can say though, is that he's a bottom-of-the-pack unit for our HS. 80 points of grot Kannons would get you more bang for your buck, I think, but if you have it, use it I suppose. Armed with rokkits I dont know how often it'll get a chance to shoot considering it should be running to the nearest tank to crack open, but to each their own.
And finally, Lootas. Lootas are pretty darn good, and this is coming from someone not even that particularly fond of them. There are other users here that worship lootas as gods.
Take ten. Or fifteen. Five isn't enough.
Last words: if you're keen on using the KMB little mek (which can be hilarious instagibbing chapter masters and the like), dont put him with the lootas. They do different jobs. If anything, put him with one of the truckboy mobs (though you'd have to keep that particular unit at 11 so there's room for him). Getting a pot shot off is funny, and he's a cheap body to toss in the way for a challenge your Klaw Nob isnt keen on answering.

I use the Max Rule when it comes to Boyz:
12 in a Trukk
20 in a Battle Wagon
30 on Foot

I also follow a similar rule. Slight alteration tho.
A -- 12 Ard Boyz in a Trukk (saves them from explosion damage).
B -- 20 in a Battlewagon. Never use the Deff Rolla. EVER.
C -- 30 on Foot. I tend to stay away from this though as I'm not fond of moving that many units.
D -- 3 MegaNobs in a Trukk. Go flat out. Otherwise pretend they're playing "Stick in the Mud" as they sit and watch everyone avoid them.
E -- A MegaArmored Warboss carries the Lucky Stick. ALWAYS. He likes riding in a Battlewagon with option B. Use the boys from B to look out sir any AP1 and AP2 weapons aimed at him.
F[b] -- Meks aka Challenge Slut. Use them to avoid [b]E dying in a challenege to something with AP1 or AP2.
G -- Get a painboy. He works well with pretty much everything. If you have option A attach that Painboy. Also make those 30 boys have a Nob, PK, BP and the Challenge Slut Mek F. Weirdboys love this unit.
GOLDEN RULE - Never use the Ork specific FoC. Orks (and Gretchin) NEED Objective Secured. Boys kinda suck these days with the Mob Rule and loss of fearless.

3x Boss Nob all with PK, BP & Boyz x 11 + trukk with Rokkit Launcha: 441 points (147 points x 3)
Heavy Support:
Deff Dread: 2x Powerklaws & 2x KMB, grot rigger, extra armor: 110 points
2x Loota squads each with 5 Lootaz : 140 points (70 points x2)
1199 total points
I was considering putting the Warboss and Tankbustas in the trukk with the Meganobz and running them into assault. The BigMek will be back with the Deff dread, and using that as a meat shield to rush in to be between the boyz that head up and the lootaz firing from the back. What do you think?

The second format is so wordy and confusing I don't understand what Brokentoof is suggesting except for changing the Mek for a PainBoy. Not to sound mean, but I am confused.
I would put the Loota Squads together.
Also I'm not sure if Tankhammers are good or not. I haven't used them. They need a Trukk.
Leaving the Big Mek on foot without a squad is a terrible idea. Your Trukks should flat out in round one which leaves the Big Mek in the dust and the Deff Dread isn't worth using an IC to keep alive. Also he will only have either a 5+ cover save or 5++ either way he is dead to one round of shooting and there went over 100 points.
The Warboss can run with any of the squads and he will perform just fine. Primarily I would focus on the Mega or Boyz.
