OK, so:
1.
HI-oriented lists are hard to run. I still have trouble with that, even though I tend to run a
JSA HI link team.
2. You're putting very many eggs into few baskets, AND you don't have enough backup to cover it: you have a weak hacker (why not a
CG?) and the moment one link (hacker,
TAG) goes down, you have big problems.
3. Not enough orders.
If I had to change this list to run it myself, I'd probably:
- get rid of the Invincible (too expensive, with the
TAG it'll eat like 70% of your points and multi rifles are terrible for their cost; take a Zhanshi
HMG instead for extra firepower?)
- switch the Zhanshi hacker to a Celestial Guard one (better
WIP and
BTS, awesome model

)
- add something to keep the enemy busy - a Guilang
FO/repeater comes to mind - infiltrating camo specialist with a repeater you can set somewhere inside a building to help your hacker. Also has a MSV1, so you can set him up in a LVZ behind some cover and you've got a poor man's
TO harasser as the enemy hits him on -6 and you're on normal
- remove the doctor, if you have to heal casualties you already have bigger problems.
So, maybe something like this?

Switching 2 combi Zhanshis to Keisotsu gave me 4 extra points at the cost of 1
BS, as they'll be guarding the DZ it hardly matters and points are tight. The HMGer needs the points so he stays as Zhanshi. Tokusetsu engineer - shaving off another point gives me 3 free points I can buy a Yaozao that can be deployed on the other flank in case it's needed elsewhere (I'm not convinced though, really the only target for repairs is the
TAG, unless the enemy has
ADHL)
However, if I had to take the Guijia in a 200pt list I'd do something like:

TAG, Guilang already covered, KSCD+zombies are there to give orders and autohit anything that comes for them. The Tiger is simply another avenue of attack - if they see a
TAG on the table, it makes them less suspicious of random
AD, especially a BS13 mimetic one. I'd go for order removal (ambushing single enemies from behind cover or suicide LFT strike on a link team), because each enemy grunt killed is one less order used each turn against you.
PS. The answers to my earlier question would be "deploy
TAG in reserve if you're going second, if you're going first back up out of enemy dodge range (which is 2"), if they dodge towards you declare Discover, if they shoot just fry them with HFT because they only have a combi rifle.
