Hello Dakka! I am currently hoping to get started on a company of them for myself.

I could give you a speech about how much I like them etc, but who really cares.

What I am asking from you, is how many there are exactly? Are they like the ultramarines and 1k strong? Or are they smaller, also do they follow the usual 6 tacticals, 2 assault, 1 command, etc, with 3 devastators being the only difference?

Any information you could give would be greatly helpful.

AFAIK they are more or less a codex chapter, so yeah, 1k marines. Not sure about the structure, but again, because they are somewhat of a codex chapter the usual composition wouldn't be too far off. You certainly have some leeway there, though.
