Hi guys, very sorry to bother. I just wanted to show a few pieces my friends and I are working on. I personally and finishing up our little Krieg Dwarf kickstarter by sending out our final basic sets to all our backers but i had to show off a next group that i will be assisting my partners with called 'The Dark Raiders". The name is very generic but it helps encompass alot of genres and possible races for use in many systems. Technically their called the Haraki and they somewhat a crozz between Elves and The Wraith from Stargate Atlantis in concept and personae. I may help my parnters do a small kicker on these guys in a month or two. Here is a basic look at their infantry combat troopers codenamed "infiltrators". Gives us your thoughts if you are interested. Thanks.

I like them a lot. They're very clean and futuristic. Modular bits make everything all the more appealing.
As silly as it may seem, the legs themselves are possibly one of the best sculpted and interesting legs I've ever seen on a model.
The middle knife-guy's leaning-back pose seems a bit off-putting, but that's probably just the angle it's pinned.

We thank you for the kind words. We were going for a more hard sci fi look than normal 40k versions of Elvish/Eldarish on purpose so as to give people a different way to present this species in their favorite gaming universe. AS you can see they will be in multi pieces to allow for variety of arm positions, even the officer/sgt type can pose his pistol down or firing.

The miniatures look really cool, so far so good, very curious to see them with a layer of paint on them.
However, would it be possible to get some better pictures of them?

Yes we have sent a couple resin copies out to some pro painters to get an idea of how they would look in different schemes. Hope to have pics in the near future. Thanks for the comment!

Looking really good, weird as it sounds I'm really partial to a kit with a kneeling pose in just to break up the number of "standing around" models. Any chance we're gonna see some running/prone/jumping models in the kit to give a good variety of motion to the battlefield?

Hi guys!
Thanks for the comments and questions. In regards to poses, yes we are planning at least one more active pose ( as in running or maybe better put, moving expiditously!) In regards to a setting, that is currently being worked on as well as a new more modern website to debut in the next month or so. For this force we plan on adding a sniper style miniature in the vein of the infiltrators as well as a heavily armored infantry unit tentavily nicknamed "Soul Golems".
Cheers

Interesting sculpts.
Would it be possible to show some photos with the models next to a ruler? Or even better; next to some familiar models (GW, Mantic, etc.) to get a sense of their scale.

Ofcourse, will be glad to. Will post a pic of one of the resin copies later today next to a couple well known GW minis
The Haraki (Dark Raiders) are Elvish so they are kinda tall as most of their kind normaly are compared to humans and as this race is a physically strong off shoot they are a about 2-3 millimeters taller i would say than your average marine trooper mini but they will easily scale i think.
Cheers

The model itself looks great. The gun a look a bit bland though.
I'm curious as to the actual size.

Here are some comparison pics. The raiders are tall but slight compared to marines, just you would expect from elvish types. Our human faction would be shorter by a few mm.

I'm not totally sure about the ears- the second model in the OP has by far the best head, imo, with the hair in back and slightly shorter ears. Would love to see you run with that look instead of the first model (providing enough heads to go that way, or preferably tweaking the first and third heads to be more intimidating like that one is!).

Hi guys,
Just wanted to give anyone interested a heads up. We have decided to call our little system 'Abandoned Frontier". If interested you can follow our facebook page by the same name, its still very new and raw but we will be adding art and pics over the coming weeks and months for the universe and its factions. Its gonna be based around small strike teams sent into abandoned star systems once controlled by the various factions but since abandoned due to an unknown calamity that befell them. Most of the cities and structures are intact but most life has left. These strike groups are sent in to recover tech and other artifacts of their own or rival races designs. Of course they run into each other often which leads to skirmishes. The above sculpts of the Haraki Initiative will be joined by a sniper piece in the coming month. Below is a work in progress sketch of a SCR Legionarre for the main human faction. We will add art in the coming weeks for the Remnants (left behind humans banded together) and the Xrxn as well. If you get a chance keep track of the FB page their will be much more soon!
Regards
John
