I win the roll to go first and give him First Turn. Its vital because if he goes second he can just stay inside the Night Scythes and land on last turn on objs to win the game. I didn't want that to happen.

I combat squad all 4 tactical squads and leave them off the table to outflank. Drop pod with Sternguard come in turn 1.
IH Rhino and squad into reserves. I deploy the Chapter Master and Khan joined to the bottom Thunderfire Cannon. The other
TFC to the top right ruin.
He deploys his 3 anni barges to the top left and Command Barge and wraithstar in the front. 4 Night Scythes and the 2 tomb blades in reserves
I dont try to seize.
