Hey guys played a game earlier and really struggled against Termies with their 2+ saves, do you guys have any tips on how to deal with them, and particular model/tactics/psychic powers you could recommend, or how do you guys tackle them when you see a bunch of termies on the board coming your way?

Thanks in advance.

Mass wounds. Better yet mass wounds with rending.

Through out a GUO a DP get the cursed earth for +1 invuln. Grimiire the GUO or khorne dogs. Laugh.

Demonettes and/or Seekers of Slaanesh are pretty effective. Demon Princes and the Greater Demons will also work well, but watch out for the Power Fists if you fail to kill them - I'd make sure you've got an increased Invuln save before you go after them.

Against Grey Knights I would only use Demonettes. If they get their anti-demon shenanigans off, then your Monstrous Creatures will be in trouble.

Yep. Seekers and Daemonettes make them wet their armour codpieces. An alternative would be a Soul Grinder. AV13 front armour and a 5++ would make him fairly resistant to power fists/thunder hammers.

Daemonettes work just fine for me, it kinda combines mass attacks with rending. Terminators also are not the fastest (Beasts, Jump etc. can stay out of range) so one can get to them.

My armies:
Eldar
Necron
Chaos Space Marines
Grey Knights
Imperial Knights
Death Guard
