Simply - can i take units from supplement (ghaghkull in this case) as CAD, not special gazzy datachment. It won't be primary detachment

It depends entirely on the supplement rules.

For example i think Ghaz specifies that, in order to take items from the supplement, it has to use a detachment from that supplement.

Vanished Completely

As Nosferatu1001 has pointed out:
7th Edition Supplements inform us what makes up a 'Supplement X Detachment' and only grant permission for the supplementary Rules to apply to that Detachment.

8th made it so I can no longer sway Tau onto the side of Chaos, but they will eventually turn aside from their idea of the Greater Good to embrace the Greatest of pleasures.

For context, the Champions of Fenris supplement has the following statement under "Champions of Fenris Special Rules":

"If you use the Formations or the Company of the Great Wolf Detachment in this book, the following supplemental special rules apply to all of the units they contain."

It then goes on to list the things that make the Champions of Fenris special. So, for this supplement, none of the special rules would apply in a Combined Arms Detachment, Allied Detachment or any of the Formations listed in the Codex Space Wolves or Stormclaw/Sanctus Reach products.

This vs. Farsight or the Marine books that have no detachments, of which you can freely use the units inside in a CAD, allied, etc. Detachment.

nos is correct here. Waaagh! Ghazghkull starts its rules-section with the following:

WAAAGH! GHAZGHKULL SPECIAL RULES

If you use the Formations or the Great Waaagh! Detachment in this book, the following supplemental special rules apply to all of the units they contain.

It then re-states this in the section which most people to field a CAD for:
ORKIMEDE’S KUSTOM GUBBINZ

Any units from a Detachment or Formation presented in this book that can select Gifts of Gork and Mork cannot select from those listed in Codex: Orks, but can instead select from Orkimedes’ Kustom Gubbinz, presented opposite, at the points costs shown.

That said, there are no units in the supplement, only formations and a detachment.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.
