Hey, to anyone who owns the new codex, I'm looking for a run down of stats/ options of the Razorwing and Voidraven.

The Razorwing got cheaper, but now an Upgrade to get the 2 DL (with the DL's it becomes the same price).

The Bomber is rather expension with Missiles. Taking 1-2 with no Missiles to keep it cheap isnt a bad idea. If your going to the 9 Flier list then you dont need the Missiles on the Bombers at all (IMO).
The Bomber has 2 Options for Lances, You can Swap the High Str Lance for a Small Blast Dark lance.

All missiles are now Large blast.

Except implosion missiles - still just blast

What's the profile of implosion missiles? Also a player at our local shop says that these fliers have some ability to unload all their weapons, is that true or are the limited to the 4 weapons like all other fliers?

The bomber got much more expensive, lost armor all around and now no longer has the option to take 2 missiles. It's either 0 or 4 and they cost a lot. With missiles you are getting into storm raven cost territory, and most people would think that a bit much for something with the suitability of an ork truk.
The new dark scythes, are a free swap for the Void lances, but in the end are +1 strength plasma cannons, not very impressive.
I wouldnt expect anyone to take these, unless they really like the model for $80.

The razorwing fighter got cheaper with dissies, which is great because they were pretty bad at AT anyway. Otherwise are the same, for the price of 10xCSM you get a lot of punch. Add in an upgraded splinter cannon if you want even more anti infantry.

You forgot the scythes have lance as well - AT in a pinch if needed

All in all the lack of vector dancer or a hover mode makes them outclassed by a stormtalon or the Eldar fighter so generally not worth taking.

I suppose it is kind of hard to scatter off of a landraider. Those things are seriously big.

I would say the Razorwing has a place in the army, and the Voidraven does not. With the change to missiles for 7th, and the slight affordability shift I could see a Razorwing being an option again. The biggest issue to that is that they're competing with Scourges, though...eh, with the alternate detachment option or bringing additional CADs it's still probably an option.
