Hi all!
In a local tournament I will pair up with an Eldar list for double 1000 points.
New Dark Eldar Codex will be allowed, so I'm makeing a list with the new costs.
Archon with agoniser, haywire grenades, soul-trap, ghostplate armour + shadowfield, anti-psy helmet (160)
5 kabalite, one with blaster, in venom with 2 cannons
9 kabalite, one with blaster, in raider with disintegrator (archon goes here)
5 scourges, 4 with heatlance
Razorwing with 2 dark lances, cannon, 4 monoscythe missiles
Allied detachment:
Jetseer with singing spear and mantle
5 dire avengers in wave serpent
Partner brings 3 wave serpent, 1 falcon, 1 flyer.
I'm missing holo-field and nightshield on the transports, but I could only spare points by dropping the anti-psy helmet, or the razorwing (for 5 more scourges)
Scourges and jetseer will use the vehicles to block LOS.
What should I change? Don't have much room at 1000 points.

I'd drop Ghost plate and maybe Soul trap.
In all likelyhood, when you fail your Shadowfield, you'll probably be dead anyway, and if you're not, they're going to ignore you for the rest of that phase so they don't have to worry about it. So spending extra points on Ghostplate is a bit of a waste.
Soul trap is also not going to be all that useful. At best it'll start getting you re-rolls to wound if you manage to get your strength higher than their toughness. Which is going to be hard, because most of the time 1 wound Sargent are the ones accepting your challenges and you'd need to have to be in combat to get into another challenge. Which I don't think will be very likely as the kabalite squad he's would rarely be alive at this point.
I don't have much experience with the anti psyker helm, so I don't know whether or not you should keep it. But just remember it's a double edged sword. I don't know if your partner is bring a seer as well, but if they are, you're going to have to make sure that theirs and yours aren't within that bubble, as it affects ALL psykers, friend or foe.
My biggest tip that I can give is to make the Archon and his squad match. At the moment he's assaulty and they're shooty. He'll either sit in the shooty squad while it shoots and never see a fight unless something goes wrong, or he'll get into combat and they won't be shooting. Either make him shooty too, or swap his squad for an assaulty one.

You've spent 160 points on a CC Archon with wargear that benefits from challenges yet he's not ever want to be in a challenge or combat! If you want a combat HQ unfortunately Succubus is the only option other than expensive Spevial Characters (though Lelith is cheaper than your Archon and actually capable in a challenge). Then you've stuck him in a shooty unit. You've also decided not to take anything that works well with Eldar which is just weird given your partner is using Eldar and you've included further Eldar Allies.
My advice is take the stuff that works well with Eldar like WWP and AoM. For the obvious buffs.
If you want a CC character don't take the Archon and do put them with Grotesques who are a proper CC unit and decent character bunker.
I'd take Haywire on the Scourges your allies can do deepstriking melta better (no scatter Fire Dragons for example perhaps in a Raider or Wraithguard for S10).
The Razorwing doesn't want to spend points on both Lances (AT) and the Cannon (AI) also a mix of missiles can be good. 2 of each is useful in case your opponent has light vehicle spam having 2 S6 large blasts can be useful.
Jetseer seems out of place. A Normal Seer makes perfect sense I mean who doesn't like dropping 10 invisible Wraithguard with no scatter and them psychic shrieking units that are at -2Ld.
But at the moment it seems a shooty list that receives no real benefit in be allied to Eldar and has some confused loadouts and an expensive HQ that does literally nothing well.

Archon doesn't have access to ghost plate, unless you mean the armor of misery. If he takes the armor of misery, he can't take the Helm of Spite. One Artefact of Cruelty only. It says so under the Artefact of Cruelty list. "A model may take one of the following."

As for the Razorwing, I know the problem with the loadout, but unfortunately it's not AT, but AA, and I don't have an eldar flyer model... Opponents will have 3-4 Heldrake, 2-3 Vendetta, 4 Flyrant, 2 ork fighters. Should I leave it to the Eldar player, and keep my Razorwing with disintegrators, cannon and 2-2 missiles?
Jetseer is mainly for the mantle.
WWP is 35 points, and you need to build a unit of considerable point cost to profit from it. At 1000 point, can you help me what you would drop?
Partner brings a unit of Fire Dragons and the Prism, I bring the Scourges for AT and anti-TEQ. Some of our enemies will have no mech at all (tyranid, tau, 1 IG, 1 ork), so haywire on scourges doesn't pay out.
Helmet is Adamantium Will for me and allies, but the perils part only affects enemies, so it's win-win.
But...
You have a strong point with Archon loadout.
A Succubus with archite glaive, and WWP is ok, but how does she survive?
Again, melee hq.
What's a shooty HQ for dark eldar now?

I'd argue that a Voidraven does AA better than the Jetfighter due to S9 AP2 Lance (so you're not boned over AV12) and if you need to, you can purchase Missiles
As for a Shooty HQ, I guess the Archon with a Blaster is your best bet

It's not so much of what you drop it's more a case of work out what you want to take advantage of and write a list to take advantage of that. Here's some ideas of what you can do with Eldar & Deldar Battle Brothers:

Taking the Razorwing for AA is fine it's quite good at that job but don't take the cannon if that is its primary role. Go 2-2 on the free missiles so you've got poison to deal with bikers and other T5 and the S6 in case there's any light mech spam.
What do you want the mantle for? I see no other characters that are likely to join him to create a mini deathstar. A mantletarch seems a better investment to bring in reserves more reliably.
As for a shooty HQ it's an Archon with a blaster and as little else as possible. DE are lacking in a real cheap HQ option.

Both look strong to be honest. Though remember you could build your list with your partner so you take the DE stuff and he grabs the Wraithguard/Fragons etc.
That way you could get a Farseer, Spiritseer AND Autarch and have both Fragons and D-Scythes delivered by WWP.
