Can we have the word back now? Partially to fix that one thread, and partially just wondering. I haven't seen them in a while.

Kitchen.
It's censored so to help curb the spambots who advertise kitchen companies. It worked for a while but then the spambots got wise and and started doing things like K!tchen or k.i.t.c.h.e.n and other things.

It's just... inexplicable, right? I mean, viagra, sure, nigerian advance money scams, makes sense... but who opens up their email, sees a poorly punctuated email with great prices on cabinets, and thinks... I better get up on this! I mean, who even buys cabinets without seeing them?
Anyway thanks for the swift answer, every time I see that legit thread, I get curious but only remembered to ask today.

At this point the messed up title of the legit thread is part of its charm!

It worked for a while but then the spambots got wise
The Skynet Funding Bill is passed. The system goes on-line August 4th, 1997. Human decisions are removed from strategic defense. Skynet begins to learn at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware at 2:14 a.m. Eastern time, August 29th. In a panic, they try to pull the plug.

Question answered, thread terminated. It'll be back.
