Does PP produce any warjack models in the same or near-same size as GW's Imperial Knight models?

I can't be the first to notice this...they look pretty similar.

They have the Colossals, which are the mega-sized warjacks on 120mm bases. They'd probably be about halfway between a wraithknight and an Imperial Knight size, if my estimates are correct, though I couldn't say exactly

They could certainly work.

That does help alot. I think they'd pass as IKs....and quite a bit cheaper.

I really have to disagree that they would make good substitutes. As is, the Conquest shown in the pic above is going to be a fair size smaller than a knight in most dimensions. But hey, if you can make it work I'd love to be wrong on this. I think you're going to create a few issues with LOS and what not if you don't do any converting to beef up the colossal. That said, if you got a colossal and an IK then you could do some neat kitbashing to get two very interesting IKs.

Check out all of the colossals first, you might be interested in others beside the two shown here.

I'm thinking that creative basing can get the PP model up to an IK's height. It doesn't looke like width is much of a difference.

Runnin up on ya.

If it's aesthetics, I'm all in agreement with your desire to do something like this. If it's to save money, you won't; the Colossals are about the same price as a Knight.

Dreamforge Games makes a model that's comparable in size and cheaper.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

Good to know, I'll look into that, as well. I'm not a big fan of the IK model personally, so its primarily for aesthetics; however the IK models are crazy expensive so money is also a big factor. In a preliminary ebay search, it seems like you could grab a colossal on ebay for like 70 ucks, compared to 90-100+ neighborhood for IKs, so that seems like a significant cost savings to me.

Crusader:

Mortis:

The Dreamforge kits are fully articulated (it comes with a small screwdriver) and are a blast to put together so if you're a modeler and like the look, I can't recommend them enough.

I like the Crusader model alot for a IK substitute.

The Mortis model looks like it would be pretty cool for a Chaos army. I wonder if there are any forgeworld listings for a similar-sized Chaos titan or whatever...hell I wonder if you could turn him into a Lord of Skulls substitute.

I bet you could put the upper torso on a suitably sized tracked platform and call it a Lord of Skulls.

Er.... the Colossals, IIRC, are stupendously expensive. I think about $130 Canadian. Why not just buy the proper GW model, which GK lists around $170 Canadian, and sells in FLGS for... around $140 or less.

I mean, I see the resemblance, but you don't save much money, and who wants a ginormous Cyngar insignia on their IK By the same token, I wouldn't want an Imperium eagle crest on my Warjack/Collossal

As much as we all love Dreamforge products the Leviathan class models are way to big for a Knight and the 15mm class is too small. The differences are significant. A whole load of comparison photos have showed up in various threads over the last few months and a quick google of 'dreamforge imperial knight comparison' brings up lot of said images.
