I've been through nearly every link in the non-GW companies thread, and I couldn't find any that didn't look completely ridiculous. The only good ones I could find were these ones from Puppets of War, but I was hoping for something a little more human looking, although I don't think these would look out of place on a Chaos Space Marine or mutant human. Have you seen Vic Lambs female guard?

She does a range of female guard bits including helmeted heads, Sergeants bits and whole squads in fact.

Hasslefree has two sprues of heads - they will need some hair and ears if you have the skill/inclination
