Unless I'm missing something, R'alai has a multi-tracker but only one weapon.
So I assume he can't fire the cannon twice, does that mean multi tracker is useless for him ?
The multi tracker is also useless on a suit with one weapon or no weapons. It's just a feature of the suit. Kind of like how a blacksun filter is useless during "day fighting".
