So I just picked up my set of Tablescapes by Secret Weapon. I have the Damaged Urban Streets set. I'm working on a test tile and started off by priming the asphalt road dark grey and the sidewalk khaki. I'm thinking of sponging the asphalt dark and medium grey to get a grainy look vs, drybrushing. For the sidewalks, I'm thinking of changing out the khaki for a medium grey then sponging that up to a light grey/polished bone. Those will be my base colors. Craters and damage will be done in the traditional colors.

Anyone else paint urban streets yet? I'm looking for input before I start.

There are 24 tiles in all, so I'm looking for something that i can do pretty quickly.

Well I haven't seen them in person but have you considered using a very lightly textured paint for the look you're trying to achieve?
