Ultramarine squad Scipio, kill team/combat squad

Not the best pictures sorry I'll try to get some better ones when the man flu goes.

I'm not 100% happy with the plasma gun but it will do for now

Thanks for looking.

Nice looking batch of Ultras. Very dynamic. One thing that stuck out to me was the armor studs on the Mk. VI shoulder. I’ve always seen/done them picked out with a contrasting color.

I agree that the plasma gun could use a little something else. Maybe a light drybrush on the blue?

A light drybrush of white on the plasma coils really is an easy way to give them a bit more dimension and contrast. Nice looking squad otherwise!

Thanks for the comments guys, depending how drunk I am after the rugby I'll try to sort out the plasma gun.

Opps forgot to say that the marines are tall scaled

Some better pics first

And the money shots

I've followed the classic "true scale" method as done awesomely by vet sergeant here
http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/437416.page
Where I've gone differently to the srg is I've made the torso thicker by 1mm and added an extra 1-1.5mm to the torso length as below.

I wish I could find the original tutorial still so I could chuck a link up. A lot of hard work but well worth it to settle my OCD.

Thanks for looking, I hope to do more tall marines soon so check out my PnM thread (link in my sig )

As a bonus here's a tall Berzerker
