I'm really mad at GW for their broken english.

On page 63 of the BRB, instead of writing something simple to understand like: "Bikes and Jetbikes therefore cannot shoot, charge or execute any further voluntary action the turn they turbo-boost", they write "Bikes and Jetbikes therefore cannot shoot, charge or execute any other voluntary action until the end of their turn after turbo-boosting".

What does "until the end of their turn after turbo-boosting" mean?

Say: SM player turn 1, bike moves 12" during movement phase, then turbo-boosts 12" during shooting phase.

Theory 1: That bike cannot do anything else until beginning of SM player turn 2 (technically only until the end of SM turn 1, but you cant do any action at the end of your turn anyways since movement, shooting and assault phases happen before the end of your turn, so yeah).

Theory 2: That bike cannot do anything else until end of SM player turn 2, because the rule says "until the end of their turn after turbo-boosting", with "turn after turbo boosting" obviously referring to their following turn.

The Turn chapter, game turns and player turns section.

Turn is always player turn unless it specifically refers to a ‘game turn’.

So 1 is correct.

Well, thats what I get for thinking too much in commas. Ideally it should then read:

"Bikes and Jetbikes therefore cannot shoot, charge or execute any other voluntary action after turbo-boosting until the end of their turn."

No other voluntary actions that turn, so anything you would be able to choose to do or not. You may not do until your next turn.

Correction. You cannot do any voluntary actions until the start of your opponents next turn.

Otherwise, you would not be able to fire Overwatch if the unit gets charged.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
