It is a series on youtube with, in the meantime, 13 episodes. He basically deals with the situation what would happen if a text-to-speech device got rigged to the Golden Throne and HE would be able to communicate again.
It's not being considered seriously, but is a, imo, very well done parody.
The last episode really left me teary eyed from laughing.
I really feel like this guy doesn't get enough kudos for what he does. The beginnings are a bit rough, but he gets better and better at it.

This is one of those times when I don't feel like a part of the community. I can't stand this 'humor' and just don't find it funny. Then to have it quoted to me by people who play more of these videos than the actual tabletop game is... annoying. Every one enjoys their hobby differently, but I wish these types of things just never came to existence because too many of the people that enjoy this side of it try to bring it into daily life, regular games or other parts of the hobby that are separate from the internet humor side. /rant

Not my favorite video either. it bashes on some models' designs (ones I don't have any problem with) and I really don't think the emperor would make the proclamations he does.
And if he did, it would only create a massive power struggle and schism on a scale not seen since the days of Horus Heresy. Not exactly the best time for such things given the recent launch of the 13th Black Crusade.

To be honest, I think the Big E's reaction isn't that farfetched when it comes to the Ecclesiarchy or the Inquisiton. Laughed far too much with those 2 episodes.

I found the portrayal of Magnus and Tzeench in the latest episode to be hilarious.
Especially when Magnis breaks the wall and the demons pour through. The ensuing cry from Big E sounds so very much like a father that discovered his son used his precious bowling equipment to play botcha with his friends.,..
