You don't get into much trouble for listening to tramps, but you can for getting them to fight for money!

I've included the story for anyone not familiar with it!

From the BBC:

Three charged over tramp fight film
Three men who paid homeless people to fight each other and then filmed them for a video called Bumfights will stand trial in the US, a judge has decided.
A Superior Court judge in San Diego, California ordered the three men to stand trial in June.

Ryan McPherson, 19, Zachary Bubeck, 25, and Daniel J Tanner, 21, are charged in connection with a video where homeless people were paid money to batter each other.

The fights were released a video called Bumfights: A Cause for Concern, which sold more than 300,000 copies.

A fourth man involved, Michael Slyman, 21, had pleaded guilty to a misdemeanour count of conspiracy to illegal fight promotion.

Two of the homeless men featured on the video, Donald Brennan and Rufus Hannah, were persuaded to run headfirst into steel doors and get the word "Bumfights" tattooed on their hands and foreheads.

Plea bargain rejected

They sued Mr McPherson, Mr Bubeck and Mr Tanner for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil rights violations and other allegations, claiming they had exploited their alcoholism to make them take part in the fights.

The trio have pleaded innocent to the charges, and have rejected a plea bargain which would have seen them admit guilt to soliciting battery and a count of promoting an illegal fight.

In January charges of felony battery and soliciting charges were thrown out by a judge, who said there was insufficient evidence.

"When you're drinking for 20 years as I have, when you don't have a beer in your hand you would do anything to get one," said Mr Brennan, who has "Bumfights" tattooed on his forehead, arms and stomach.

"Who in their right mind is going to run their heads into a sign?"

The video includes footage of a homeless man tearing one of his teeth out with pliers.

In another scene, a self-confessed crack addict sets his head on fire.

Others fight each other until they are both covered in blood.
