Max unit of Paingivers.

So the general idea is that Tyrant Z and the Gladiator toss Rush like its Halloween candy to the Tibers and the Bronzebacks for pathfinder and +2 move. E-Makeda does road to war for another +2 move. So suddenly I have 4 collasal wrecking heavies with 11 charge(13 for Tibers). Have Tiberion advance point with Bump up and the Bronzebacks giving an unenviable option of letting Tiberion get close, or get your charger counter charged by Bronze backs. And the beast handers to hand the ungodly mess of Fury this list will produce.

This list is incredibly one dimensional and has nowhere near enough support to deal with all that Fury. One enraged Bronzeback + something else is usually more than enough to one round a Colossal, 3 Bronzebacks is way more than you want or need - if you want to go really Beast heavy then you would be far better off swapping out 2 of them for Molik and some other heavy so you have a better tool box of abilities.

While Bronzebacks can get Beat Back and buy a heap of attacks it still isn't a great choice for dealing with large amounts of infantry because it doesn't have Reach (and there is no way you can deal with 15 Fury after it has charged 11" up the table away from the Paingivers...). This list is still just going to get its face punched in by almost any infantry based list. As an example my Ret list is going to charge you from 15" away (which will kill your front 2 Beasts), use shooting to kill Zaadesh and all the Paingivers - and that is all before my heavies engage. A shooting based list is going to focus down a heavy a turn and feed you a blocking chaff unit (Boomhowlers etc) to slow you down, and the do it again next turn. For similar reasons you are going to be in serious trouble in most scenarios.

Also if you are wanting to go this Beast heavy I really think you need 2 units of Paingivers. The way you are talking about them it seems like you aren't planning on using them for Enrage, which is what really pushes your beasts damage output over the top (a Bronzeback without Enrage isn't going to kill a Colossal and can easily fail to kill a heavy). You would be much better off taking 2 units (even it is just 2 min units) because of the activation order advantage it gives you - the first unit can activate and Enrage (or heal, which can be a big deal) and then the second can clear Fury.

My suggestions:
Swap 1 max Paingivers for 2 min Paingivers
Drop Zaadesh, drop 2 Bronzebacks, move the Gladiator into Makeda's battlegroup
Probably put Molik into the list, but possibly consider remoing Tibbers to do it. Fatewalker + Affinity > Bump

At that point you should have a decent chunk of points, which could get you another heavy (Archidon is good with EMakeda) or some cheaper infantry units to improve your volume of attacks.

^That.

On top of that EMakeda's not the best warlock for a Titan-spam force; she excels at making Cataphractii fast and Praetorians nightmarishly fast, and at making one warbeast (usually Molik Karn) terrifyingly fast. She requires careful positioning and a Willbreaker to get the most out of her warbeasts' silly charge range, and her feat prefers smaller models that can slip through gaps in the enemy line, wreck support models, and promise a terrible vengeance upon anyone who dares to counterattack (in case you haven't worked it out yet I'm talking about Praetorian Swordsmen), not big clunky fellows without Reach who are much happier beating on the enemy's heavy frontline stuff than trying to go on an adventure to get to the support models. If you really want to run all the Titans you can I'd suggest EXerxis (Mobility does the same thing for his battlegroup that RTW does for Makeda's army, he can give the force free Krea animus every turn, he personally synergizes with the Titans much better with his ways to knock down or make stationary enemies to save more Fury for damage output, and his feat makes your control area everywhere in addition to the exact same damage buff so he doesn't rely so much on a relatively fragile Willbreaker to let his battle plan stay functional). In a pinch PMorghul (who has a theme force that makes Titans cheaper, has Abuse, and can completely shut down the enemy response the turn you make it in so you have more time to pound people) is also a fair choice.
