For those who don't know, thiis is a giant, even more bulky version of the defiler. Not only are the legs, arm, and torso easy to break, but the model can't fit in any foam case at all. How would I make one then?

I would magnetize it so that it breaks down for transport better. Your best bet IMO would be to get a tray of pluck-foam and have at it. I use them for odd shaped minis all the time.

I keep mine in a model car box when transporting, surrounded by bubble wrap. Not pretty, but it works.

I'd magnetize it in such a way that you can take the legs/arms off for transport. Failing that if you're moving around by car leaving big clunky models on seats (my Brass Scorpion moves around this way) where they won't shift and nothing is going to fall on them works fairly well.

I always just put my large models on the back seat of the car and drive carefully.... There's rarely any traffic around me and I havent had any problems

Magnetize it so that the torso is detached from the "hull" and the legs. The model is actually assembled this way in the instructions that come with the box ( just skip the part where they are glued together ofc. )

There is a battle foam block that can fit 2 soul grinders with ease.

I built mine so the back 4 legs are detachable. The ball joints actually fit so snugly in the sockets that glue and magnets were unnecessary to get a stable fit. I transport by popping out the detachable legs and letting it mostly sit on its torso base in an open box or on a seat.

For any models that are unruly to transport, I use a big cardboard box, and pad them with old t-shirts so they are immobile, and place that box in the back o my car so that it is also immobile. Not pretty, but it works.

That's similar to what I do: a padded, soft-sided cooler lined with paper towels and/or newsprint for my large Nids. Gently placed in the back seat, then drive carefully!

It's plastic, it won't break easily and when it does, it's almost always where you glued.

You could also always blue tack it down to something.

Or alternatively you could wear it around like a fancy hat.

I regularly transport two soul grinders, one large than the other. I have a Battlefoam Pack 720. I fit most of my models in two 3" pluck foam trays and then place the soul grinders on top of the foam pad on top, with some extra foam bracing around them.
