Subject: Blood Angels Librarian and Tycho The Lost
The picture quality makes it hard to tell if you've done any shading or highlighting on the armor for the Librarian. I'd suggest using Teclis Blue to highlight the edges and then give all the blue areas either a black or dark blue wash.
Tycho looks good, but I would suggest doing something with the base.

These are so CLEAN! Looks fantastic. Like BaronVonSnakPak said, a good wash or two might help bring out some of the detail, but that's a bit of a personal preference haha. Looks great!
