I'm building a themed army and I wondering if there are any times the Blood Angels have fought side by side with the Salamanders other than either of the Armageddon wars?

None that I've encountered, though it's not outside the realm of possibility. Dante apparently has a lot of respect for Tu'shan (and it's mutual) so I'd expect them to freely call upon each other as needed.

And I didn't bother to read the OP. Whoops.

They did defeat a choas incursion together, It isnt documented. At the give Dante a present afterwards the Sallies nearly got their blood drunk

Yeah I remember reading Tu'shan and Dante are super friends lol. A squad of firedrakes were even sent back to Baal guarding Tycho's body. I guess I could write my own fluff? I wanted to tie together my Salamanders, Blood Angels and Tyranids and I already planned on similar basing, so I might as well make a shared back story.

As long as the engagements you fluff out aren't greater than the ones from previous timelines* (which would be THE big engagements for the Chapters), then you're all good. The various timeline engagements are the 'chapter defining' moments in the 40K universe, but with 10,000+ years of history, two chapters based on relatively close home worlds (albeit separated by the Maelstrom), would probably have a lot of battle grounds in common.

* Of course, there are some periods of lost records, so it's possible there are chapter defining battles that have been lost or hush-hushed over the years (for example: the Badab War has a redacted event from 908.M41...)

Or the defense of Nocturne literally not mentioned anywhere except for the books.

They must have fought together at some time. I highly doubt one chapter master would willingly cede overall command to another (such as happened at Armageddon) without actually knowing said chapter master.

They could have got together over their mutual love of flamers.
This is the fl-472, got a pressure of 5000 kpi. The heretics love it.

I dont get Tycho any more. Hes pulled a Elrad.
Disfigured, hates orks, then death company and dies,
now hes Dante's heir apparent.

He was already Dante's heir apparent, the new codex has just moved back a step in the timeline. 5th edition codex was 999.M41, new one is 998.M41 which happens to be the year that Tycho fell to the Black Rage and died on Armageddon. So at this point it just hasn't happened yet.

Weren't they both at Armageddon together?

I remember something where the Sallies performed some operations to secure and evacuate a large number of citizens/refugees before the Orks got to them. After, Dante (or some other CM, can't remember) used Tu'shan as an example to his chapter of what an ideal marine is, or something along those lines.
