So where are the markerlights in the Tau list?

BTW, what do the barracudas do? Not familiar with them.

Ok Simon, methinks you need to avenge yourself at Caledonia. Good luck and go win one for the Hive Mind. Nom nom nom....

He doesn't have any in this list ( thank god!) but if he had Im sure I would have got creamed even faster!

Barracudas are bs4 with disruption pods have 2+ jink saves, 2 burst cannons that ignore cover, a missile pod and an Ion cannon all for 145 pts.

They're bogus'ly good and when I'm not nidding it up, I'm flying one of those around the room muttering pew pew pew!

I'll do my best at cally man!

Yea baracudas are gross. I am trying to think what he could switch up for ML's. Skyrays come to mind but I don't know what he'd drop. I'd say a riptide and a baracuda maybe?

Yea a tide and one cuda could get him 3 skyrays assuming cudas are fast attack options.

Actually I am not sure what O'vesa is really bringing to the list other then a 4th tide. Id drop her and one stimulant injector and keep the 3 cudas PLUS add 3 skyrays. Again, assuming cudas are FA, if they are heavy I don't know what to shift lol.

His list is nasty the way it is though.

With regards to the barracudas, that's insanely good for a Tau flyer.

With regards to markerlight support, the army just isn't top-tier without markerlights. He needs to fit some in if he is serious about winning the whole tournament.

Personally, I'd drop O'Sheva and 1 barracuda for 2 skyrays and a unit of tetras w/DP. I'd also get some skyfire into the burstides, swapping out FNP or EWO to do so, if there are extra points available.
