First off, you can only use 33% of the point to titans and with Warlord you are over that limit. For 2500 point game, Reaver is largest possible.

Second, do note that there is no "correct list". I believe that the list depends heavily on playing style that one enjoys. So my comments below should be taken with this in mind.

I assume you would use Terminators to teleport possibly on turn 2 or 3? If so having Supreme Commander on them is a bit wasteful as you are going to lose the turns to use it. Being Marines you can probably get away with it though. I tend to put Chaplain into Terminators are they usually are used to teleport + engage. What is the plan with Assault formation? I would probably use it to grab objectives. For that purpose the Chaplain might be of more use in Terminators.

You seem to lack anti air capability. Depending on enemy that might be bad bit. However Tbolts are hard to fit into army which wants to use titans (even more so on 2500 points). Possibly a Hunter (Captain + Razor perhaps)? Also usually Razors are taken odd amounts as that gives you one "free" transport slot (since Razors carry only one unit and Rhinos two).

As Hena says, you have exceeded the allocation for Titans.

Either shift to a reaver titan/warhound titans, or ask for the battle to be 2700 points.

First off, what flexibility do you have with what units you can pick?

Second, are you using aircraft? The Codex marine list is balanced for air operations/support. Without it you aren't playing to their strengths. likewise will your opponent take any aircraft? if so you have no AA units to shoot them - either ground flak or your own fighters.

Hena has the main points - a chaplain with the terminators is far better for how hard they hit - 50 points less yet a +1 to fighting resolution.

Assault marines are designed to be air inserted, using them in a ground role is difficult, can you get a thunderhawk for them?

Supreme Commanders do well in tactical formations. As Hena says it is better to get 1/3/5 razorbacks because you get a rhino with an empty transport slot, useful for keeping the formation mobile. (So get 1 razor and 3 rhinos, or 3 razorsa nd 2 rhinos, etc.)

You could consider switching the assault marines for some scouts (with a razorback) who can act to mess up the enemy plans.
