Wondering if you ought to clip the wings a little- make it more clearly Scoots. Though I suppose this could be an older one...



I still think you missed out on some modeling opportunities with all the chain-horns. Could have had wing blades on all the Pegasi, and chain-hooves on the Earth ponies. The Unicorns could have had chain or blades strapped on to their horns, too.

And did you make sure that all the blades look like they're coming out of the hair, instead of just sitting on top?

I would but that would meen cutting a pony up.......I cant bring my self to do that :3 though dontget me wrong, chain wings,hooves and horns sound awesome but the people at my gaming club have a hard time remeering that their bikes so different CC weapons will only add to the confusion

now that you mention it, scoots horn is a little bit off. I'll move it up a little before I paint her. thanks for pointing it out

HNNNG... Very nice work! Shortening the chainhorn just adds to her cuteness. Just one thing I thought to mention with Scoots, doesn't her hair go into two upward pointing spikes at the back (apologies if you have done so, difficult to tell from the angle of the photos)?

so, I’ve got a 750 pts speed tourny tomorrow (cant use my ponies so out of spite I'm bringing 2X 5 TH/SS termies with a cyclone missile launchers, belial and a ven dread with an assault cannon. In my fluff my dark angels real deep dark secret is that they’re all bronies, the whole falling to chaos thing is just a bluff ) but I'll do my best to get apple blooms armour done/half done.

also, depending on how well a certain auction goes I might be starting commissions soon if anypony is interested

this is what i have been waiting on for this whole time allways wanted 2 of my GF and mine ponysona in MK3 armor (if its possible) tough are the only option to pay you for them is paypal and sending the money in the mail or is there another way since paypal hate me and sending money allways takes to long IMO

use your ponies as objective markers! that way you complete your story as they are bronies and you can still use your ponies.

I would but there's only one GW/gaming store in boston :/ I can play them at the gaming club I go, just not in the store. this is based on the idea that if somepony were to walk into the store intent on buying a bike army but saw my army they might decide to not buy any SM bikes and just use ponies instead

Why use real objective made from GW stuff when you can use £2.00 ponies? That kinda sucks DP, but at least you can play them. I'd be ridiculed out the clubs if I tried something like that.

nope, not even allowed to do that :/ it really does suck, seeing as I was able to use them as objectives in the schools league at warhammer world

You should definitely get into commissions for customs, there seems to be a big market for it, and you could make some really quality stuff to possibly cast up and sell copies of.

Even simple stuff like show-accurate fluttershy would work out really well.

aha, thanks man ^_^ from what I've seen on ebay blind bag ponies alone go for quite a bit and the moded ones for even more so maybe I should *flicks over to ebay to find casting resin and silicon)

hmmmm, I would be more happy with paypal :3 if things go well I could always set up shop on ebay and sell commissions through there

Hmm... It would be interesting to see actually. I get flak for watching the show in the same way the guy that runs it get flak for looking like a potato, I don't know how they'd react to an MLP army. Don't think anyone would freak out, maybe a couple of Lolwut?s. If I was better at painting I'd put MLP style decals on my tanks. Razorbacks have a lot of flat room.

Oh, and awesome work on the models, as per usual. If you're ever down this part of the UK it would be awesome to see them in person.

I'd say the worst you would get would be a few Lolwuts and thats about it, most people are level headed enough not to flip out over toy soldiers :3 thinking about it, some one posted some MLP themed reaver jet bikes and the rarity, fluttershy and twilight colour scheme looked pretty cool. not too obvious but still enoughfor fans of the show to get it.

also, if you want to see them then I should be at gamesday this year if all goes well. a dakkadakka brony meetup would be pretty cool thinking about it ^_^
