I've not played the game for about 2yrs and I'm playing V1 rules. We've just started to work through the Zverograd Campaign for the first time as my friend took full advantage of the FF Sale and got an SSU army. I've a couple of questions hopefully someone can answer............

1. Which SSU Units can I use in the Zvergrad Campaign. I ask because I've found if you use units that were released after the campaign, it really unbalences the game. E.g, Mission 1 of Operation Cyclone, if you used a Grim Reapers (which were not available when Operation Cyclone was released) which have a Mv of 2, effectively, the Axis cannot win the game. So for Zverograd, which SSU units can I use. If I use all the Axis Units that have been released before Zverograd Vs just the new SSU units described in the back of the Zverograd Book, it seems like the SSU don't have much to choose from? Hope that makes sense??/

2. If a SSU Transport Helicopter is destroyed whilst carrying a Walker, what happens to the Walker?

A bit of everything really....... Titanicus, Bolt Action, Cruel Seas, Black Seas, Blood Red Skies, Kingdom Death, Relic Knights, DUST Tactics, Zombicide the lit goes on.............

I bought a ton of the stuff during Miniature Market's sale for dirt cheap and am also super confused as to what I can/can't use for each version. I too wanted to only use V1 with my SSU.

I believe the walker is destroyer if it's transport is destroyed. As for the rules, I have no idea anymore. I played version 1, the updated version 1 (2), and I bought in to the new kickstarter battlefront version (3). Version 3 worked very well, was streamlined, etc. However, all new units are now version 4 created by dust studios... and not compatible with previous versions.

I'd say buy the 2nd edition large card upgrade cards and stay in that edition. Times were simpler, all the units from that edition are released, etc.
