Inspiring Leadership no longer controls impetuous, it only transfers the Liutenant's instruction, the other unit's fury stays the same.
It's not a "free" coordinated, you have to spend the Lt order (okay, maybe you weren't gonna use it anyway, but still)
the other benefit is that while he is alive they ignore retreat state (useful for a last suicide charge or something)
