So my local game club is doing a 1250 point last man. For those who don't know 4 players are put on a table and fight untill only one player remains, then the last player takes whatever they have left and go to a final table and fight until only one remains. They become the last man standing and take the win.
So my problem is that I play orks and I am going to be facing the biggest lists out there so I need all of your help.
My list is as follows:

Big Mek, attack squig, cybork body, mega armour, power klaw, tellyport blasta
29 boys slugga choppa, nob w/ power klaw tw shoota
29 boys slugga choppa, nob w/ power klaw tw shoota
29 boys slugga choppa, nob w/ power klaw tw shoota
11 boys shoota, nob w/ power klaw tw shoota, trukk
Blitza bomber
Dakka jet
2 traktor cannons

Please rip this list to shreds. Tell me what I can do better.

Axe the attack squig, cybork body, and tellyport blasta. Get Da Lucky Stikk.
Logic: the attack squig becomes useless with Da lucky Stikk, and Da Stikk is SO good, that it is almost an auto take. Practically unlimited rerolls. Cybork body is very bad right now, don't keep it. The Tellyporta blasta might be a good gun (I've never used it), but in a game this size, it will earn you a lot of enemies. I recently played a 6 player game, and the key was to not fight too many at once. (I attacked the best player who had 2 allies when I had a sub-optimal list, didn't end well). The Tellyporta wants to kill 2+ armor or 3+ armor models. It does not end well when you wipe out a players termie squad, and then have his entire army unleash only on you. I'd actually recommend a Warboss instead, because the mek won't have any special gear, and with footsloggas you want a Waaagh.

if you're going with the footslogging route, find a way to add some painboys, they are a great force multiplier. For this game, I would recommend using the ork horde detachment, because you don't have objectives so therefore don't need OS. The 2 Painboys you can get from the extra slots will help a lot! Who knows? Maybe the HOW will come into play. Also, a twin-linked Shoota is unnecessary for the Nob, a normal Shoota is fine.

I would recommend axing these guys. They will die very easily, as every AT gun will kill them easily. Is recommend using the points for a MANZ missile, as THAT is dead Killy. Either that or use a Tankbusta squad in the Trukk. That way if you make it to game 2, your MANZ aren't focused footslogging
Blitza bomber
I love my Bommer, but it might have the same problem as the Tellyporta Blaster, it likes killing low armor things. Be careful with it, focus on one person at a time. In your format of game, do you restock bombs?
Dakka jet
killing flyers is hard for some armies, so this guy should always jink. He will likely be killed last if you lose, as he is a flyer. Also, GET THE EXTRA SUPA-SHOOTA!
2 traktor cannons
I'd recommend a battery of 5 Lobbas instead of these guys (or some KMKs). With 2 flyers, you don't need AA, so these guys will be wasted. Definitely load up on ammo runts, and babysit them with a Mekaniak mek. Use another mekaniaks mek for challenge eating in your warboss's squad, and maybe get a 3rd (to each challenges in a potential game 2)

If you don't enjoy playing against people with unpainted armies, break into their house when they sleep, paint their figures for them, help yourself to their cheerios and then your problems will be solved.
Well, my opponents usually don't have more than 1-2 Wave Serpents 'cos Serpent spam is very expensive in real life money.
GENERATION 11: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

I'd avoid mega armor for footsloggas - you're not getting nowhere without run moves. On the other hand, it's an odd format, so you'd want as many boyz surviving as possible. But that still takes the squad out of the fight.

Get a Warboss and make him your warlord. WAAAAGH! is the thing that makes us good again.

Painboss. You need him.

Get slotless meks - they're super-useful to die in challenges instead of your characters. If you feel you have extra points and you got nowhere to spend them, give meks chainsaws - this way you can deny a challenge and still have a few ap2 attacks coming from the squad. Cainsaw meks are too expensive in general, though.

Nobz in Boyz Squads need bosspoles. And just give them regular shootas. Spending 3 ppm on twin-linked shootas is a waste.

Truckboyz are better off as choppaboyz. Truck needs a ram. Nob needs a bosspole. Same with tl-shoota -> shoota. The guyz benefit from heavy armor a lot.

It might be worth it to give part of your footslogging boyz shootas. I like 20-strong shoota squads with 2 rokkits. They work fine for me. But that's up to you to decide.

I advocate most of the other suggestions, couple of my own though-

swap mek out with a warboss and put him on a bike- T6 Str10. with the lucky stikk whats not to like?

pain boy in each squad- imagine shooting into orks, they get 5+ cover, but suddenly they have another 5+++ FnP!

I would rather see two dakka jets instead of the bomma


another Idea entirely is lotsa trukks loaded with boys. LOTS. OF. TRUKKS.
