In the CSM codex, p.99 it says "One Noise Marine per ten models may replace his boltgun with a blastmaster"

Does this mean I need to have at least 10 models for this upgrade option to unlock?

Or does it just mean 1 blastmaster for every 10 models? I.e. a squad of 5 gets 1 blastmaster, a squad of 11 gets 2 blastmasters and so on?

From the FAQ:

Change the third bullet point to 'One Noise Marine may replace his boltgun with a blastmaster at 30 pts/model. If the squad numbers ten or more models, an additional Noise Marine may replace his boltgun with a blastmaster at 30 pts/model.'

Yeah it was FAQ'd and was one of the few that survived.
