Let's Think About It (Not Including Forgeworld):

Blood Angels Have 4 Dreadnoughts- Normal, Furioso, Death Company & Librarian
Space Marines Have 3 Dreadnoughts- Normal, Venerable & Ironclad
Space Wolves Have 3 Dreadnoughts- Normal, Venerable & Murderfang (Bjorn Counts As Venerable)
Dark Angels And Grey Knights Have 2 Dreadnoughts- Normal & Venerable
CSM Have 1 Dreadnought- Hellbrute

My proposition to make a start in bridging this gap is to give every Marine army librarian dreadnoughts of some kind. The only problem is Grey Knights, since they would give you the potential to have a ML3 dreadnought. For GK, I would instead include ML2 with the venerable upgrade for a dread.

...Why is the gap a problem? Do normal Marines need more Land Speeder variants on the grounds that the DA have two that nobody else does?

Remember DA have one land speeder that blows itself up and don't have land speeder storm. That's said I don't feel we need Librarian dreads.

Now if you want to give us interrorgator dreads from Gw not FW with in codex rules......

Yeah, it really seems like you're trying to fix something very few people actually see as an issue.

The distribution of dreads is part of what makes each of the chapters different, and I can't remember reading anything which suggests all chapters have dready librarians.

I agree that all should get access to it. As long as all marines get ALL dreadnoughts. Correction on your original post:
BA get access to 4 different dreads: Normal, furioso, death and libby.
SW get access to 3: Normal, Venerable and murderfang
DA get access to 7: Normal, Venerable, Chaplain, Seige, Mortis, Contemptor, Contemptor-Mortis
SM get access to 8: Normal, Venerable, Ironclad, Chaplain, Seige, Mortis, Contemptor and Contemptor-Mortis.

So aside from SW, BA actually get the least.
