Yup. In reaction to the disastrous outcome for GW of their ridiculous lawsuit against Chapterhouse, any unit that doesn't have a model is being removed as codexes are redone, because GW are concerned that small garage companies might steal a miniscule number of sales from them by selling models that GW don't themselves produce...

Wazdakka doesn't have a model and wasn't on their immediate release list, so is gone from the latest codex.

Zhadsnark still has rules though, and also makes bikes troops (i believe this is what gutsmek did?)
