I am a huge fan of the Horus Heresy character series and if you haven't seen the miniatures released thus far you owe it to yourself to have a look at all the glory!
Now on to the point... This is a list on based speculation and I would love to hear contradictory forecasts for the lineup.

Dorn, alpharius and purterabo seem like the very next Primarchs because of the supportive models released like upgrades LTs. Like polux and dreads. I think corax and omegon are safe bets as well. The next book I think will give us robute Sanguinius and the lion...

Now if you have watched the making of videos for the Primarchs you will note they mention inspiration artwork and I don't think there is any official GW art of the Lion so who knows what he will look like !
What are your predictions?

im guessing the lion will have a flowing cape, and he will be like a big blinged out space marine guy and he will prob have some dead marines on his base.
just a guess.

The next book will only give us Guilliman. And I don't think we'll see an Omegon, there's only rules/mention of Alpharius in book 3, and the way the FW books are written they're more like historical books, and Omegon wasn't common knowledge.

I hope they hire some Industrial Light & Magic people to create physical special effects for Magnus casting stuff

This, and Omegon/Alpharius didn't have different stat lines or rules tbh, as they would mostly only use one per battle. Apparently Alpharius was chanted when FW asked the HH attendees which Primarch they want next.

Holy heck, is there really no official artwork of the Lion? All this time I've had an image of a Primarch with long golden hair and a flow-y cape and a big ass sword standing all stoic with a frumpy and determined face.

Yeah I'm quite interested in what the Lion looks like, but I'm almost as interested in what weapon they'll model him with. He doesn't have a 'character weapon', the stories instead have him swapping between nameless weapons depending on the situation.

However, he's consistently described as having gold hair and black armour with red gold trimmings and motifs. He should look glorious.

I think Guilliman is next, and Sanguinius is later in the line. One thing that bothers me about Forgeworld is the crawl of the releases. The quality though, more then makes up for it.

My $0.02, which since 1992 has rounded to nothing. Take with salt.

Thanks for all the responses. I didn't know the FW books were like history books, that's pretty cool and makes sense why omegon won't be included.
As for the Lions weapon it will most likely be the Lion Sword. Its the one the cypher model has strapped to his back. But I do know what you mean about him swapping between different weapons all the time but it will be criminal if they don't reimagine the Lion Sword.

He had the lion sword that Cypher is said to be carrying around at this time. So he is probably going to have a large sword.

I'm not a Dark Angels fan in any real sense, but I do feel strongly that the Lion should have a beard.

I like a manly beard as much as the next guy however I feel like he wouldn't have a beard after he stopped being feral in the forest of Caliban. I guess I expect him to be clean cut and proper go juxtapose against Leman Russ. He should have long brownish blonde hair that he constantly ties into a pony-tail which he is written as having. He is mentioned to feature many symbols with secret meanings on his armor as well as his personal sign of a six pointed star that I imagine to be red and filled in not empty spaces like a Star of David, he is pretty Teutonic after all.

I imagine Corswain will resemble many of the preheresy dark Angels on the covers of books. Like a hooded knight.

I have a feeling Dorn is next since a lot of the releases lately have been Imperial Fists. Now that they have Polux I really hope they make Sigismund too.

Funny you should mention that because I was thinking about sigismund earlier. As far as I know that would make the imperial fists unique in this series having 3 individual characters to their legion. I don't count Luna Wolves cause Loken and Abbadon were sculpted as a scene. Don't get me wrong though I wouldnt mind. They deserve their own models. If I had to guess though I would say we will see him when we get to Terra.

I'll put 50 quid on Corax being next.

Agreed.
My guess is Corax, Pertuabo, Dorn, Alpharius, and then they will be into book 5 and Ultramarines, so Guilliman and Daemon Angron.

We better see Sanguinius before we see a second Angron model. Both the Black Library HH series and Forgeworld HH series have been painfully slow for Blood Angels fans.

The next book is Calth, so no Angron. Unless they squeeze the whole of the Shadow Crusade in but all the previews we've seen so far have just been UM and WB.

I think Dorn is likely to be next because of all the IF stuff that's been coming out but it could be one of the other Extermination ones. Even Guilliman maybe.

I would really like them to start selling the Primarch models with helmeted heads, this could even be an after sale sprue I'm not bothered but some characters like the Lion wore helms into battle because you know they didn't want to get shot in the head.

Anyway on topic

I think the next Primarch will be Corax, I heard he was rumoured to be show cased this weekend actually.

There'll be a Primach teasered this weekend probably yeah. So I guess we'll see which is next.

I think they should definitely at least give the Lion a helmet, as he's pretty consistently written to wear one. Although as we saw in AE, being shot in the head doesn't do all that much to Primarchs

It would be nice and unique of them to have three characters but I really don't see how they could not have Sigismund. Polux is not well known, and I have not read all the HH books so he may show up in them later and plays a huge part that I don't know about, I only know him because I like all the Fists of Dorn and he is the first Chapter Master of the Crimson Fists. Sigismund is huge, he is Dorn's 1st Captain (and pretty much his right hand man) and is seen in the books very early on when he's talking to Loken. He was never defeated on the hundreds of battle fields and even the dueling floors of every legion. Its said that beneath the Primarchs he may have been the most skilled warrior in combat. (Sorry I'm a huge Black Templar fan too!)

He's simply too big of a role to not make a model of him, and I would be disappointed with Forge World if they didn't. (not like it would matter much .)

With all the Imperial Fists stuff, I'm betting Dorn is next. Then probably Alpharius. They seem to release the characters alongside their Primarchs (whether shortly before or shortly after). With Alexis Pollux and now Armillus Dynat, I'd put money on either of their Primarchs coming next, followed by the other's.
