Hey guys, I'm thinking about making an Angry Marines kill team, since I can't afford to start another full army, and I love the look of the Angry Marines. What do you guys recommend for a solid 200 pt. list?

Uh.... are you aware Angry Marines is a fandex and not supported by GW? There are some rules you can use, but you'll have to ask your opponent if they're ok with it first.
As for the Angry Marines themselves I think there is some kind of dreadnought that blows himself up the more he shoots so that could be cool. Also they have kind of cannon that shoots Marines out of it.
Otherwise just use they're paint scheme and play with the rules of the chapter tactics of your favorite SM chapter.

My Star Wars Imperial Codex Project: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/641831.page
It has 7 HQs, 2 Troop types with Dedicated Transports, 5 Elite units, 5 Fast Attack units, 6 Heavy Support units, 2 Formations with unique units not in the rest of the codex, and 2 LOW choices.

Oooops... I meant with any MEQ 'dex, whether that be Blood Angels, Space Wolves, or smurfs.

Death Company seems the best rules for Angry Marines tbh. I don't know the current rules for BA OR kill team but that'd be my bet.

Hahahaha, I salute you!
Awesome choice of chapter

I believe the following picture embodies the Angry marines most perfectly -
Spoiler:

Therefore for an Angry Marines Killteam, I'd go with a Blood Angels Death Company to represent them.

You could go totally fluffy and get rid of all ranged weapons -
5 Death Company Marines, 5 Chainswords, 2 power fists and 3 power weapons. (All dual wielding melee) for 195pts

Or you could go double the manpower, but then you take bolt pistols -
10 Death Company Marines, 10 Chainswords, 10 Bolt Pistols for 200pts on the nose

Up to you matey . All depends on what type of kill teams you'd be facing and how much you actually want to win

Is that with jump packs? I'm sorry, I don't have the book for any of these. Either way, this will be hilarious.

No jump packs. That just makes them stupidly expensive
