Great Unclean One : Psyker level 3

Herald of Nurgle : Locus of Fecundity, Psyker level 1, Greater reward (Balesword), Lesser reward

Herald of Khorne : Locus of Fury, Lesser Reward (Axe of Khorne), Blood throne

Bloodletters x20 : Champ w/ Lesser reward (Axe of Khorne), Icon of Chaos : banner of Blood

Plaguebearers x20 : Champ w/ Greater reward (Balesword), Icon of Chaos: plague banner

Plague Drones of Nurgle x3: : Death's head, Rot Proboscis

Soul Grinder : Khorne, Phlegm Bombardment

Its pretty slow. I would swap the GUO for belakor to get some punch and invisible durability.

Or what about a Lord of Change ?

Yes, a FMC or two would do you good. Either Nurgle Princes with cool toys or Tzeentch Princes/LoC with cool powers work well for me.

The blood throne is interesting .. never seen one run.

Also baleswords are super cool on MC but are AP- on heralds and unit leaders - not so cool.

I like the first list. Except, find a way to nurgle those soul grinders. Park them in terrain for a sweet cover save. Get an icon on those drones so you can no-scatter deepstike in your PBs and GUO. Then thrust move the drones back outta the way. Then attach the herald to the drones and slingshot him into close combat.
