I'm engaging in my first 7th edition tournament this weekend. It's been a while since I've done a tournament, so I'm mainly just going to really learn the 7th ed rules, catch up with some people, and just have fun rolling dice.

That said, I'd like to actually present a somewhat competitive list so that I don't just play for a couple of turns and then get tabled. Which of these lists would you suggest that I take for a 1500 point tournament using Adepticon rules?

I'd say White Scars.
But drop the termi Squad to make room for a stormtalon or two, a thunderfire or some Typhoon speeders.
And make the Command Squad full Grav, they're nastier on shooting than assaulting.

Obviously if you have the models/time to prepare everything.
If you're in a hurry I'd remove the termies anyway, and add some tacs in a rhino.

The necron list is the best of the ones there, but only because of how the white scars are organised.

Grav bier white scars are still a great tournament list. But you want three squads of all grav. And two squads of melta with attack melta in those squads.

Id go all bikes and add a chapter master with the shield.

Drop the terminators. Terminators have no place at tournaments.
