For instance i always wanted to have a space wolf or warriors of chaos guy named ulfbad the unbroken and showing him with crossed legs and hands covering his crotch as he needs to pee (unbroken meaning he still pees in random places in the house and it's a rib on space wolves).

I thought of one at a point being skaven link from zelda except with the triforce of cowardice with a minotaur or similar being ganon. I also thought of robin hood skaven with his merry men stealing from the rich and giving to themselves.

Yes we have done this but not quite as you describe. Every campaign we run our armies require a leader with a name and a backstory. Vulgerkug Graniteballs is my ogre bruisers name

In the Blood in the Badlands campaign we just strarted I have 3 characters as my generals.

Attila the Hungry Mawseeker of Great Girth is my tyrant.

Bob the Butcher is the tribe's Slaughter master.

Kromaw Dwarfeater is Attila's eldest living son, the rest have died challenging his rule.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

My goblin warboss is named the Redcap'n, and, as such, he has a red cap (at least he will once I paint him). I'm using the Skarsnik mini sans Gobbla with a sculpted cape and a few other minor details.

My BSB is an anti-character, known simply as the Flagpole Stikka. He is the unlucky goblin who just so happened to pick up the flag when the previous bearer died. No BSB has ever lived through a whole battle, so the position is regarded as a hot-potato job. Because each new BSB knows that the odds are against him, he makes an effort to become sneakier and meaner than the last, hoping to live long enough to hand it to somebody else.

There is not this idea.

Well, I've tried to...

In 40k, I gave all of my main Orks (nobs and whatnot) capes. I wanted to model top hats as well... but I never got there. The warboss believed that the most important part of any battle was making a stylish entrance.

Otherwise I've got backstories for my fantasy stuff, but nothing custom modeled.

Dreadlord Kayin of the black ark Tower of Unwoven Destiny has been my general since I started playing Dark Elves about 8 or 9 years ago.

I even worked the theft of the original Dark Elf army into his backstory as his ark was lost at sea, and only recently returned prior to the End Times.

I have quite a few which I put together when I was bored.

My Chaos Lord is called Kavar Ki, once a loyal Kislev he was betrayed by his commanders when an excursion into the Chaos Wastes went drastically wrong. He swore himself to Chaos and wants nothing more than to burn his home town to the ground.

My favourite one is that of my Mutalith Vortex Beast, Daisy. She was once a Norscan Cow who spent her days eating grass and procrastinating. Until one day, three children decided it would be fun to tie a portal to the chaos realms on her back. Three hours of agony later and Daisy rampaged into their village and turned everything to grass. Her dream is to see the world drown in a sea of grass.

I make all my named characters myself (with a few exceptions) either by getting 3rd party miniatures or converting and kitbashing something new.

My favorite miniatures are my Elector Count and his family, but I have yet to make up a good backstory for them.

All of my Daemonic characters have a 'true name' devised in part (or occasionally in whole) using the back page of the 6th ed Hordes of Chaos book which gave a brief bit on the Dark Tongue, the language of Chaos. Other parts of their names come from various sources, including ancient mythology and few homages to a favourite show/video game.
They also get multiple monikers/names by which mortals know & fear them, with those names being linked to the Daemon's particular role.

Tzaar’Qhaysh for example is a play on the basic root word 'Tzeen' which means 'change - the will to change'. 'Qhaysh' is the root word for 'all colours (or High) magic'. Basically, his name references he's all about constantly changing & manipulating/mutating the very world around him and everything in it.

He also carries monikers such as "The Altered One" & "Accursed Conjurer". Hence his 'role' as my 'fighty' Tzherald, who has the Greater Locus of Change and will typically carry a magic weapon (Mutating Warpblade in 40k)

Another one of my Tzeentch characters is Neth’shyishek Est’hark
'Neth' is the root word for 'lord/master/ruler/source of'. 'Shyish' is the root word for 'purple (or Death) magic'. '-ek' is the suffix which refers to 'place', hence 'Shyishek' could mean cemetery/mausoleum/underworld/afterlife or similar. Putting it together, the name can mean 'Lord of Death' or 'Deathbringer'.
Est'hark on the other hand is an infamous boss from Dragon Quest IV & V, hence the full name could mean "Est'hark the Lord of Death/Underworld.

Currently he 'counts as' a Herald of Nurgle, since his original incarnation was as a Mastery of Sorcery Tzherald who used lore of death. (stupid lack of ability for Tzeentch to know freaking basic magic lores!! >.< )

Right now I've got about a dozen or so named characters across mostly Tzeentch aligned gribblies, with a few Khornate & Slaany girls thrown in to help boost the otherwise lamentable state that Tzeentch is currently in.

My Tzeentch Sorceror Lord, Albecht the Unmaker, was once an Imperial Bright Wizard who fell to Chaos following a disturbing dream; while researching its meaning, he dipped into some of the more heretical tomes, and eventually got flushed out of the Empire with a few of his acolytes. Eventually he found himself crossing into the Realm of Chaos, where pledged his service to Tzeentch in exchange for answers. For his model, he's kitbashed using parts from several kits, including the Storm of Magic Sorceror Lord's body, the staff from the SoM Tzeentch Sorceror Lord, a champion head from the Chaos Warrior sprue, a cape from the Empire general kit, and flaming sword from the Empire Battle mages kit, riding a Disc from the Burning Chariot kit.

My Dark Elves (which will be morphing into a Host of the Eternity King) are led by Kaernek, the Harbinger of Blood and lord of the black ark Obelisk of Bloody Joy. He's had a couple of different models so far.

My Empire army is led by Manfred von Drakken, the Border Count. He's a Border Princes warlord who, through a large donation, has effectively joined the Empire. He longs to reclaim his ancestral lands, which if the rumors are true lie in Sylvania. He's also gone through a few versions, including being converted out of the Elector Count of Hochland model, the Reiklander Captain from Mordheim (see my avatar), and most recently pretty straight-forward from the Empire general kit.

My high elf prince that has led my armies since 5th edition is Prince Karidryil of Caledor. He has many times led raids into naggaroth that have been repulsed time and time again. During the end times, my BSB (Prince Navril, Karidryil's little brother) fell to the lure of Tyrion and was finally killed at the isle of the dead.

My ogres are led by Tyran Kaller IronKlubz. He is not overtly friendly while eating. Gaulz and his boyz are the mournfang calvary of the tribe and have smashed aside many "elite" troops in their travels of the known world.
