I am working on a list, I doubt it will do amazingly but it is, The idea would be to run the bikes with the Knights for the first part of the game to give the knights a 4+ save all around, and then bikers could keep the knights from getting bogged down by other units:
Librarian: ML2, Bike, Melta Bomb, Power Field Generator
Ravenwing Command Squad(3 Knights, 1 apothocary, 1 champion):1x Grenade Launcher

Thats just flat wrong... The ravenwing command squads actually specify:
For eachHQ choice in your army that is mounted on a bike(or Sammael, but not other Ravenwing Command Squads) you may include a Ravenwing Command Squad. These selections do not use up a force organization slot.

Where does it say that? Cause under the command squad options it only says *one per army? And calm down buddy I'm new to ravenwing I usually do green and deathwing so I may have misread? But I do need a page #

Dark Angels 6th ed. codex, page 96:
For each HQ choice in your army that is mounted on a bike (or Sammael, but not including other Raven wing Command Squads) you may include a Ravenwing Command Squad. These selections do not use up a Force Organisation slot.
Therefore 2 Librarians on bikes means you can take 2 RW command squads.
If you'd look carefully you'd see that the "one per army" you're talking about is referring to the Ravenwing Company Banner. That's why there's an asterisk.

The command squads are black knights, they just also get an apothecary.
