If enemy units treat open ground around the C'tan as difficult terrain, does this mean that if they charge him and do not have assault grenades then they strike last?

Also, if the C'tan charges an enemy unit instead, does he strike last, given that the enemy unit treats open terrain around the C'tan as difficult terrain, so when charged gains a bonus?

GW is scared of girls. Why do you think they have so much trouble sculpting attractive female models? Because girls have cooties and the staff at GW don't like looking at them for too long because it makes them feel funny in their naughty place.

I think they have a special rule that basically says they ignore all terrain - because in the fluff they are masters of the material world.

Immune to Natural Law says the C'tan can move over all other models and terrain as if it were open ground and auto passes dangerous terrain tests, but it doesnt say anything about ignoring terrain when charging into cover.

If you penalize him for moving through difficult terrain, are you treating terrain he moves through as open ground? (No, you're not - which breaks a rule.)

His aura affects only enemies not himself or other friendly units but will affect allies that are counted as enemies.

It's easy to assume that people arguing an interpretation you disagree with are just looking for an advantage for themselves... But it's quite often not the case.

I hope this quickly doesn't evolve into the debate of Initiative in combat. I thought that was pretty much over, considering LVO actually used the rule in favor of Wraiths.
