Fantastic paint jobs! Red and yellow are two of the hardest colours to paint but you seem to have no problems. Nice, smooth and neat.
Im not a huge fan of the road markings on the bases as i feel this spoils the fantasy grim dark feel and connects it too much with the current world, but thats just my personal preference.

Gerat looking minis, but sorry i just have to point out, most of them look like they're standing right on the yellow divison line found in the center of a street, which would imply those guys are right in the middle of the street... which seems to be most of them..... which would look somewhat odd....... which probably isnt a very good place to be during a battle to begin with........ especially for sniper scouts with camo cloaks.
Yeah, im not a fan of modern day elements on 40k minis either, but everything else is done well.

I thought exact same thing once I got past how awesomely painted these units are. Great paint job but then the yellow dash makes me think this whole army is lined up in a line down the middle of a long road lol. Maybe mix up the stripes with white strips and its a unit on the march which is cool concept. Put some gravel on some for the shoulders of a road? You clearly can paint so Im sure youll figure it out.

Very nice paint job! Great contrast with the road-theme bases. Is your techmarine pink?

Fantastic army! It takes serious confidence to go for a half-and-half scheme, especially with those colours, and serious skill to pull it off! Awesome stuff!

Thanks for the all the kind words. Its always nice to get a pad on the shoulder from the community on ones work.
It took a long time to get the right color scheme. Think i went through 13 different practice marines before i got the color i wanted.
But for me the marines really hit the spot after i got all the decals on them and put them on 32mm bases.. that really made the shine
About the road bases. I have always done ruin bases. So i decided to stik road bases on my HG. And the reason why is because i saw them doing a victory parade after a battle. thats the reason for them strutting along a road.
And yes the Techmarine from the thunderfire cannon is pink indeed.. it came from a conversation i had on my blog on a danish 40k site.

Your paint job makes me want to buy you a beer and shake your hand!
Your use of the word 'eldars' as the plural of Eldar makes me want to tear my face off like Geena Davis in Beetlejuice.
