So was going to a tournament in Denmark so i had to finish my babys. So here they are..

My howling griffons.

I put all Marines and scouts on 32 mm bases.. It realy does alot for the overall look of the miniature.

I also bought some howling griffon should pad decals from USA and some Squad markings from FW. with both shoulders marked the model realy came to life.

And i tried som freehand on the wings on the stormraven and on the side if the Rhino

Pink Eldar

Wanted to share my Pink Eldars with you as well

Fantastic paint jobs! Red and yellow are two of the hardest colours to paint but you seem to have no problems. Nice, smooth and neat.

Im not a huge fan of the road markings on the bases as i feel this spoils the fantasy grim dark feel and connects it too much with the current world, but thats just my personal preference.

Just wow. Howling Griffons are one of the hardest chapter paint jobs, and you've totally nailed it. Awesome army

Gerat looking minis, but sorry i just have to point out, most of them look like they're standing right on the yellow divison line found in the center of a street, which would imply those guys are right in the middle of the street... which seems to be most of them..... which would look somewhat odd....... which probably isnt a very good place to be during a battle to begin with........ especially for sniper scouts with camo cloaks.

Yeah, im not a fan of modern day elements on 40k minis either, but everything else is done well.

I thought exact same thing once I got past how awesomely painted these units are. Great paint job but then the yellow dash makes me think this whole army is lined up in a line down the middle of a long road lol. Maybe mix up the stripes with white strips and its a unit on the march which is cool concept. Put some gravel on some for the shoulders of a road? You clearly can paint so Im sure youll figure it out.

One of my favorite chapters of space marines, if not my favorite. You've done a phenomenal job with them. Awesome.

Very nice paint job! Great contrast with the road-theme bases. Is your techmarine pink?

Fantastic army! It takes serious confidence to go for a half-and-half scheme, especially with those colours, and serious skill to pull it off! Awesome stuff!

Thanks for the all the kind words. Its always nice to get a pad on the shoulder from the community on ones work.

It took a long time to get the right color scheme. Think i went through 13 different practice marines before i got the color i wanted.

But for me the marines really hit the spot after i got all the decals on them and put them on 32mm bases.. that really made the shine

About the road bases. I have always done ruin bases. So i decided to stik road bases on my HG. And the reason why is because i saw them doing a victory parade after a battle. thats the reason for them strutting along a road.

And yes the Techmarine from the thunderfire cannon is pink indeed.. it came from a conversation i had on my blog on a danish 40k site.

Your paint job makes me want to buy you a beer and shake your hand!

Your use of the word 'eldars' as the plural of Eldar makes me want to tear my face off like Geena Davis in Beetlejuice.

While the color of your Eldar make me want to vomit blood, you've done a great job executing both armies, I think they look great.
