So I have a question. In the Apocalypse strategum's there is one called Reign of Fire (may be wrong on name). It states that all model's equipped with Bolt Pistol's, Boltguns, Combi-Bolters, and Heavy Bolters all count their weapons as twin-linked for the turn. It doesn't actively specify those weapons though. Am I correct in assuming that my Space Marines with Las-Cannons would have a twin linked Las-Cannon due to the fact that they are also equipped with a Bolt Pistol like every Space Marine is?

The asset is Hail of Fire, and funnily enough RAW it looks like you're correct. The rule does not say that the bolt pistols, bolters, and heavy bolters become twin-linked, it says that Space Marine models with bolt pistols, bolters, and heavy bolters count their weapons as twin-linked, which would create the interaction you're describing.
