Im going to be playing a game with my BA+Red scorpions army today and...
Its all 100% infantry and i know the table will have little cover!
How do i close the gap fast?
(The only units i can deep strike are my terminators, captain, dante and librarian)
However i may be able to get the "wings of sanguinius" psychic power
I also have NO IDEA what army im against
Oh and my tac squads in my Red scorpions part of my army will get FNP (one of the BEST chapter tactics)
I also have sevrin loth in the army

Seconded. Doesn't sound like a fair game otherwise.

If you can't get more terrain and you can't drop-pod or transport your men and they have to foot-slog; don't expect to win.

If I was faced with such a situation and had no vehicles or drop pods, then I would be looking to bring as many jump pack units as I could, they would definitely move up the table quickly. If it was my force, I'd have two cheap as possible scout squad units with homing beacons as the bare minimum troops and then deep strike all my jump pack units around those beacons. Dante and his unit can deepstrike anywhere else on the table as he has descent of Angels as his warlord trait and the others can deepstrike around those scout homing beacons. Alternatively, you could do a mix of some jump pack units starting on the table and moving up to try and support those scouts while the rest of the army, e.g. terminators deep strike in around those beacons.
Terminators could be useful there, but then have the issue of being slow moving up the rest of the table. This is where jump pack assault squads, Death Company, Sanguinary Guard etc will have the edge as they can bring some decent firepower and also move a lot further and quicker.
So, Scouts infiltrate as close to the enemy as possible, since there is no cover make sure the sergeant is hidden at the back of both units as much as possible. You might need to go for a fairly sizable Scout squad to soak up the inevitable turn 1 shots that will be coming their way from the enemy. Another thing to remember with Dante is that he will also allow re-rolls on those failed reserve rolls for any jump pack units so you will definitely need that.

Reduce the points and play on a 4x4 table. Or a 3x5. VERY fun to actually play a 750-1000pt game on a 3x5 with no flyers. Flyers need that extra room... FMCs not so much, but actual Flyers do.

Everyone here is correct so far - you need more terrain to move around. But just in case you can't do that, here's some suggestions:
#1 - Try to deploy second. See where your opponent is deploying, then put your forces where you can hopefully neuter half of their firepower. Even a single LoS blocking piece of terrain makes a big difference when used properly.
#2 - Get into an effective range as fast as possible, running if necessary instead of shooting.
#3 - Play to objectives, don't try to play to wipe out your opponent. If you are playing Maelstrom, aiming to score just 1 more point per turn than your opponent will practically guarantee success. This very much depends on your opponent though. If you're a CAD force and they aren't, this is much more likely to be successful. If you play like this, imagine in your head that your forces can win just by showing up, and not by slaying people. Granted, your Blood Angels aren't really well made for this, so it's very dependant on the mission and your opponent's force.

Do you have any scouts? You could utilize some of their deployment tricks to help tie up/distract stuff while the rest of your force advances.
Running a partial gunline might also help. Devs squads, combat squads w/ heavies, etc.

Yeah, you might want to consider going gunline instead of assault. No terrain works better for gunlines than assault armies... just like the rest of this edition.

can take a bunker with escape hatch to help you get there with footsloggers. Need added durability, however, so, something like a biomancy/telepathy libby could help.

My immediate first thought is scouts. They're cheap, so get a few sacrificial units, spread em out mid board and march em to their deaths while providing a screen for other units moving up behind. With BA scouts, they can even still do some pretty decent damage if you manage to get em up to an assault or just swamp an enemy unit for a turn or two.
