When the rules say a weapon can swivel horizontally 45 degrees. Does that mean it can go 45 degrees to the left and/or 45 degrees right creating a 90 degree arc? Or does that mean it can go 22.5 degrees left or right creating a 45 degree arc?

And to answer the first question, 45 degree arc is shown in the book under vehicle line of sight for your clarification on what it would look like. it's only 45 total degrees.
