In-universe, having the colours backward would be grounds for execution on the charge of heresy. Good job catching that mistake before the senior tech-priests did.

Not bad. ^_^
I think the places that could most use improvement are the eyes, and the chest logo. Little OSL glow around the eyeslits and thin your paints on the icon. That's such a significant detail piece that it's rough to have it covered over.

That.... Was actually a primer issue. My paints are quite thin. Never prime when humid.
How would I go about doing OSL?

honest critique? pretty good, you did goof on the chest symbols a bit. with OSL the easiest way to do it would be base your eyes white, use the blue glaze, then take a light blue paint and lightly dry brush around the eyes. it would be best to imagine dull headlights, or the like for where you need to dry brush

Very nice Verviedi. Love the mix of gold and steel. My one recommendation would be to consider one more highlight on the gold, either with a brighter gold or a mix of gold with just a little bit of silver.
