You need to be more specific. Are you asking if Astra Militarum units selected as part of an Allied Detachment can benefit from their own orders? If so, yes.

If you're asking about receiving/giving orders across different detachments, we'll need a little more information.

Out of curiosity, what made you doubt that units in an allied detachment would be able to revive orders from other units in the same detachment?
