According to its profile, the Mhara Gal is (among other things) equipped with a single twin-linked boltgun. This weapon can't be removed, although it can be replaced with a few other small arms.

The problem is that none of those weapons were supplied with the model. I could add such a weapon onto the model myself, but I don't know where it is actually supposed to be placed - there isn't really any suitable place on the model that is not already occupied. Other Contemptors have their sidearms built into their hands, but the Contemptor has a mess of daemonic gribbly bits there instead and I'd never be able to fit a boltgun in there, much less two.

What am I supposed to do to make this model WYSIWYG playable?

Chest weapons? Though that would seem to take away from its aesthetics- which is the best part of the model.

Honestly, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to reason that the extra weapon is shot out from under one of the fleshy parts.

You did read the experimental rules posted on the website?

Tainted power claw with an inbuilt twinlinked boltgun

Seems pretty clear to me where the twinlinked boltgun is located. As for the weapons that replace it, they also replace the tainted power claw as well which also makes it clear as to where they would be in the model's arm.

No, that is not what I mean. It's supposed to be in the claw, I know, but it isn't. There is no space to put it there, either.

As for the replacement weapons, I was talking about replacement small arms (though now I see it's only available to other contemptors).

You said you didn't know where it was supposed to be placed, not that you knew where it was supposed to be placed and didn't have room for it. Regardless, placing it anywhere else wouldn't be WYSIWYG for a tainted power claw with an inbuilt twin-linked boltgun. At this point, it sounds more like a modeling issue than a YMDC issue.

To be honest, I'd just leave it as is. It's in the base profile rather than an upgrade, so I'd just apply the 'SM bolt pistols' school of thought and just assume it's there.

Just put it anywhere on the model & make sure your opponent knows which weapon/arm it's part of. Anyone who gives you WYSIWYG issues after you explain the situation is just being argumentative for the sake of it & is an ass. I hate kits that make WYSIWYG hard without work so I'm fully open to artistic license on such issues & anyone who has dealt with gw got awhile should be as well.

Given that the mutated claw is exactly that, I think you can reasonably say that the inbuilt weapon is in there somewhere.
