They cannot use without going unbound or IG ally. Though can bring a fellblade which uses similar chassis.

and besides we also have forge world land raiders which are covered with guns like the land raider Achilles and land raider promethius

Why not to use Fellblade? It is accessible for the most of the Astartes armies.
